At Wellspring Health Center, we accept most major insurance plans and are happy to assist you with verifying your benefits. Unlike traditional physical therapy clinics, we have a medical specialist onsite to evaluate, diagnose and provide a physical therapy referral if needed.

We take the time to review your insurance coverage and any estimated costs with you before you start treatment. We also offer affordable options for those with high deductible plans or limited coverage. Below is a list of insurance plans we accept.
